Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries

1 cup pomegranate juice (or any 100% berry juice)

1 cup ice cubes

1 ripe banana

½ avocado, peeled and pitted

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined and smooth

If the smoothie is too thick, add more juice

If the smoothie is too thin, add more ice



2: Green Smoothie: Spinach, Pear and Banana

Ingredients:

1 pear

1 banana (frozen banana will make it colder)

2 cups spinach

1 cup almond milk

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

honey, optional

Directions:

Blend spinach and almond milk together for 30 seconds

Add all the ingredients and blend until creamy

After all ingredients are blended together, enjoy immediately



3:High-Energy Smoothie

Ingredients:

6 ounces vanilla nonfat Greek Yogurt

10 almonds

¼ cup broccoli florets, stems cut off

1 cup frozen strawberries

¼ cup cannellini beans

¾ cup iced green tea

1 teaspoon flax meal

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Cut off stems of broccoli florets

Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

Pour into a glass and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Enjoy immediately.



4:Mango, Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ cup orange juice

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 mango

2 kiwi ( peeled)

2 bananas

1 cup ice

Directions:

Peel mango and slice away from the core

Peel and chop kiwi

Peel and chop two bananas

Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
